MSc. Julio Walter Poquioma has more than 40 years in the oil and gas industry; Bs. Petroleum Engineer (Peru, 1973) and Master in Science Petroleum Engineering (USA, 1990).
Expert in Integrated Management of Reservoirs, Integrated Reservoir Studies, including reservoir characterization (construction of static and dynamic models), to define the optimum Exploitation Plan.
He has led development of Hydrocarbon Fields in conventional reservoirs (gas, crude oil L / M / XH) and Non-Conventional (Crude XH, Oil / Gas Shale, CBM, etc.) in: Peru (Petroperú), Venezuela (PDVSA), Colombia (Corporative Director of Reserves, Ecopetrol), USA, South Africa (Chief Reservoir Engineer, PetroSA), Mozambique, Congo, Egypt, Canada, London (Chief Reservoir Engineer, Sasol).
Specialist in Reservoir Engineering (Well Testing Analysis) and Numerical Simulation of Reservoirs, Geomechanics and Geostatistics.
Expert in building Interdisciplinary Teams to perform Integrated Reservoir Studies and creation of Technological Room.
Specialist as a Mentor in Reservoir Engineering and Numerical Reservoirs Simulation, Geomechanics and Geostatistics.
